Purpose
Shree Ram Devi Mandir Conservation Committee – 2017 is working towards the construction, conservation, and systematic management of Shree Ram Devi Mandir, in accordance with its registered bylaws.
Nature of Contributions
As permitted under the bylaws, the institution may accept:
- Donations
- Voluntary contributions
- Support from devotees and well-wishers
All contributions are voluntary and are not linked to any commercial benefit.
Utilization of Contributions
All contributions received shall be utilized strictly for:
- Mandir construction and preservation
- Religious, cultural, and social objectives of the institution
- Approved plans and budgets sanctioned by the General Assembly
Utilization shall be in full compliance with:
- Registered bylaws
- Prevailing laws of Nepal
Financial Transparency
The institution ensures:
- A separate institutional fund
- Financial transactions through recognized banking channels
- Joint authorization by the Chairperson and Treasurer
- Annual financial audit and reporting
Important Information
- The institution is a non-profit religious organization
- It does not engage in any commercial or political activities
- Acceptance of foreign contributions, if any, shall be subject to prior approval as required under Nepalese law
